Central America Travel Wall Art

What's in the collection

Illustrated posters drawn in a flat vintage travel style. Mexico runs from the Riviera Maya beaches of Cancun, Tulum and Playa Norte to the highland colour of Oaxaca, Guanajuato and San Miguel de Allende, with Chichen Itza, Teotihuacan and Palenque covering the great pyramid sites. Cuba brings Havana and Trinidad, Puerto Rico brings Old San Juan and its clifftop fort, and the rest of the isthmus is carried by Lake Atitlan, Antigua and Tikal in Guatemala, Granada in Nicaragua, the Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica, Panama City, and the beaches of Punta Cana and Nassau. Mexico wall art gathers that country on its own, and the Caribbean shoreline runs on into our coastal wall art.

One house style

Every sheet is drawn rather than photographed: flat layered colour, clean shape edges without outlines, and the place name set in condensed capitals. Palettes shift with the region, from turquoise and sand along the Caribbean to terracotta, jade and mustard inland, so a wall can stay tonal or be mixed on purpose. Two or three prints make an easy set; six make a feature wall. The region sits inside our wider travel wall art, and the sizes are set out in our wall art size guide.

Sizes, paper and framing

Every design is offered on archival matte paper in nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4-A1 for European frames, and on matte canvas either stretched on a wooden bar or set in a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. Printed with pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
