Canada National Parks Wall Art

What's in the collection

Illustrated posters covering Canada's national parks and park reserves, from Banff and Jasper in the Rockies to Quttinirpaaq at 82 degrees north. Each sheet is drawn in the same park service manner: a cream border, a line of small dark capitals along the top giving the province, the park's coordinates and its founding year, and the park name at the foot in heavy condensed type. The series sits within the wider Canada wall art range, and follows the same approach as the US national parks wall art prints.

One house style

Because every print shares the same border, banner and typographic foot, they line up exactly in a row or a grid. The palettes change park by park, turquoise for the Rockies lakes, gold and olive for the tundra parks, ice blue and white for the High Arctic, rust and green for the Atlantic coast, so a wall can be tonal or deliberately mixed. Two or three prints from one province make an easy set; six make a feature wall. The turquoise sheets hang easily with the lake wall art prints, and the wall art size guide covers paper, canvas and frame options.

Sizes, paper and framing

Every design is offered on archival matte paper in nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4-A1 for European frames, and on matte canvas either stretched on a wooden bar or set in a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. Printed with pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
