Thank you for shopping with PaperGridStudio! Every piece of our National Park wall art is custom-printed and handcrafted specifically for you when you place an order. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventory, it takes a few days to create your artwork before it is ready to ship out.
Please review our shipping timelines and policies below so you know exactly when to expect your new decor.
Order Processing & Production Time
All orders are sent to our printing facility within 24 hours of being placed.

Production Time: It takes 3 to 5 business days to print, frame, and carefully package your poster or canvas.

Please note that production times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Timelines & Estimated Delivery
Once your artwork has passed quality control and is securely packaged, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier.

Transit Time: Standard shipping generally takes 4 to 8 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your artwork to arrive within 7 to 13 business days from the date you originally placed your order.
Note: Shipping times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, or high-volume holiday seasons.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this link to follow your artwork's journey right to your doorstep. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout based on the size of the artwork you are ordering and your delivery destination.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet entered production, we can update the address. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the destination or offer refunds for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We package our posters and canvases with the utmost care, but we know rough handling in transit can occasionally happen.

Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Simply provide a clear photo of the damaged artwork and the packaging, and we will expedite a free replacement to you right away.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can investigate and arrange for a replacement if the package is deemed lost.
