This Cocoa Beach watercolor print shows the long wooden Cocoa Beach Pier reaching into the Atlantic, with surfers riding small waves near its pilings. Think of it as a watercolor-style impression of the beach, not a literal view.
About the artwork
Curling turquoise waves carry white foam left as bare paper, and the wet sand reflects the sky in violet and blue. Fine ink lines outline the weathered pier and the tin-roofed buildings and covered decks at its landward end. The view looks south from the dunes north of the pier, with pastel hotels and condos along the shore at the left and sea oats and sand fencing in the lower left. The palette is wave blue, sand beige and weathered wood brown, with moss green dune grass and blue umbrellas. The clear sky and clean surf point to early autumn. "COCOA BEACH" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Surf session. Several surfers catch small waves beside the pilings while another carries a board along the sand.
- Tin-roofed pier buildings. The rustic buildings at the pier's base are drawn in fine ink detail.
- Pelicans and anglers. Pelicans glide low over the water and anglers line the pier rail.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
The sea blues and driftwood browns fit a surf-inspired living room, a teen's bedroom or a relaxed home office. It is a good pick for a surfer, or for someone who spent summers on Florida's Space Coast.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Cocoa Beach? No. This is an artistic interpretation of Cocoa Beach, not a measured view of the pier and shoreline.
What text is printed on it? Only the name "COCOA BEACH," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
Paper weight, inks, frame details and care are all in our Material Guide.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
