Kitchen Wall Art

What's in the collection

A kitchen gives art almost no room and asks a lot of it. The usable wall is whatever the cabinets, extractor and splashback leave behind, usually a narrow strip, a corner beside a doorway, or the end wall of a galley. Light is bright and directional. And the air carries steam and cooking grease. Everything selected for this room answers those limits: small and medium formats rather than statement pieces, colour saturated enough to hold up under task lighting, and simple compositions that read in a glance. The same humidity thinking applies to our bathroom wall art.

One house style

Placement matters more than size here. The end of a galley, the wall above a breakfast nook and the run beside a fridge almost always work; directly above a hob or sink is the one to avoid, because heat and splashing reach the frame. Canvas handles kitchen air better than glazed paper, which can fog and trap moisture behind the glass. A vertical pair in a tall gap, or a row of small pieces along a shelf line, fills awkward kitchen geometry better than one large piece. Narrow gaps beside shelving are covered in office wall art, a row of small pieces follows the gallery wall spacing, and the wall art size guide gives the formats.

Sizes, paper and framing

Every design is offered on archival matte paper and on matte canvas, either stretched on a wooden bar or set in a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. Size options are listed on each product page, including A-series sizes for European frames where the format allows. Printed with pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
