A kitchen wall art print with more empty space than drawing: a tangle of noodles hanging from a pair of chopsticks, in one unbroken orange line.
About the artwork
The noodles are a single continuous stroke, looped and knotted without the pen ever lifting, which is why the tangle reads as one mass rather than a bundle of separate strands. The chopsticks cut in diagonally from the right edge as two flat pink bars with no outline, tapering towards the noodles. Several strands escape the tangle and hang all the way down to the bottom left. More than half the sheet is left bare, and the bottom right corner is completely empty, which is what gives the small drawing its weight.
Why you'll love it
- One unbroken line. The whole tangle drawn without lifting the pen.
- Mostly empty. Over half the sheet is left bare on purpose.
- Two flat bars. The chopsticks have no outline, just solid pink.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Minimal line on cream is the safest thing to hang in a small or busy room — a galley kitchen, a student flat, a narrow hallway. It works in a trio with the other minimal line prints here. White and natural frames keep the airiness; black frames anchor it.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does it say? SEND above the chopsticks and NOODS below — spelled NOODS on the artwork, and reproduced that way.
Is the tangle drawn as separate strands? No — it is one continuous line, looped back on itself.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
