This Ryman Auditorium watercolor print shows the red-brick Gothic Revival hall in downtown Nashville, framed by late-autumn trees and city towers. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of the building, not an exact view.
About the artwork
Fine ink lines draw the pointed stained-glass windows, small corner towers, slate roof and brickwork. The stained glass is painted amber with touches of green, and fall leaves are layered in orange, red and gold. The auditorium fills the center left, seen from above at an angle across Fifth Avenue North, with Lower Broadway's brick commercial row on the right. The downtown skyline, including the two-spired AT&T Building, rises behind, and a brick plaza with bollards and trees forms the foreground. Orange-red, violet and blue washes drip from the left and bottom edges. "NASHVILLE" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Street musician. A guitarist in a cowboy hat plays with his case open on the plaza.
- Stained-glass glow. Amber windows give the brick facade a warm light.
- Autumn brick tones. Brick red and fall orange are cooled by blue glass towers.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.

Styling it at home
The warm reds and oranges suit a music room, a den or a living room with leather and wood. It is a great gift for a country music fan or someone who saw a show in Nashville. Pair it with our Nashville watercolor print for a two-piece set.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Ryman Auditorium? No. It is an artistic interpretation of the Ryman Auditorium and its street, painted from a slightly raised angle with simplified surroundings.
What text is printed on it? Only the city name, "NASHVILLE," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
