A Phang Nga Bay travel poster looking out from a rock shelf near Phuket. Two limestone stacks stand straight out of the water in mid-frame, sheer on one side and topped with scrub, while brown-green boulders and rust-coloured weed fill the foreground and white foam curls between them. Further out, more karst shapes fade into blue haze.
About the artwork
The coolest and most graphic of the set, worked almost entirely in blues and greens under a sky grading from deep to pale at the horizon. The water is laid down in broad flat bands — near-emerald over the shallow reef, cutting to a darker teal where it deepens — and the foam is drawn as crisp white shapes rather than soft spray. The two stacks are the whole composition: one broad and tapering, one narrower behind, both warm grey with olive scrub on top. No boats, no buildings. The type reads PHUKET above THAILAND.
Why you'll love it
- A clean, almost abstract shape language that suits contemporary interiors.
- Available on archival paper, matte canvas or framed canvas in four finishes.
- Thirteen sizes, including A-series for standard European frames.
- Printed to order, boxed or tubed for transit.
Where it works at home
The cool blue-green mass and the strong silhouettes make this the most modern-feeling of the group, and the one to pick for a bathroom, a monochrome office, or a room with black metal and concrete in it. Against a white or charcoal wall the two rock shapes read as a graphic mark.
Sizes and materials
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Thirteen sizes are available, from 8 x 12 inches up to a 30 x 40 inch statement piece, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. Every piece is made to order.
Shipping and care
Each piece is printed and finished after the order is placed, then shipped in protective packaging — paper prints rolled in a rigid tube, canvas and framed canvas boxed with corner guards. Keep the artwork out of direct sunlight and wipe framed canvas with a dry, soft cloth. Paper prints are best handled by the edges until they are framed.
Questions
Which material should I choose? Paper is the most affordable option and lets you pick your own frame. Matte canvas adds depth and needs no glass. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang and is the usual choice for a feature wall.
Will the colours match what I see on screen? Printing is colour-managed, so the artwork stays very close to the preview. Paper reads slightly softer than canvas, which holds a touch more contrast.
Are there any boats or buildings in this print? No. Unlike the Railay Beach and Koh Phi Phi artworks, this one is purely rock, water and sky — the only shapes are the two limestone stacks, the foreground boulders and the faint karst silhouettes on the horizon. That is what keeps it usable as a quiet, near-abstract piece.
