This Leavenworth watercolor print shows the Bavarian-style buildings of Front Street beside the Front Street Park gazebo, framed by orange maples and Cascade Range peaks. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of Leavenworth, not an exact view of the city.
About the artwork
Thin brown ink outlines the carved wooden balconies, timber framing, eaves and Alpine murals on the facades, while maple canopies are layered in orange and red dabs. White stucco and dark timber pair with orange-red maples and forest green, accented by red geraniums on the balconies and blue distant peaks. The row of buildings runs down the left with its tallest gable in the upper third, and an octagonal wooden gazebo stands under golden maples on the right. A lawn, flower beds and a curving brick path fill the foreground, with jagged, lightly snowed peaks behind. It is early fall, and the edges dissolve into autumn-colored dots and a long orange-brown drip. "LEAVENWORTH" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Accordion player. A musician plays the accordion from a bench in the park.
- Dirndl and lederhosen. A couple in traditional Alpine dress strolls along the path.
- Painted facades. Alpine murals and hanging geraniums decorate the building fronts.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Its warm oranges, reds and timber browns suit a dining room, a fall-themed entryway or a cozy family room. Give it to someone who loves Alpine-style villages or a couple who toured the Cascades in autumn.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Leavenworth? No. It is an artistic interpretation that combines Front Street, the park gazebo and the mountains into one fall scene.
What text is printed on it? Only the city name, "LEAVENWORTH," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
