This Jacksonville, Florida watercolor print shows the blue Main Street Bridge spanning the St. Johns River, with the Jacksonville skyline behind and Friendship Fountain on the Southbank Riverwalk. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of Jacksonville, Florida, not an exact view of the city.
About the artwork
Fine ink lines trace the steel truss and lift towers of the bridge and the windows of the towers. The cobalt river is streaked with bare-paper ripples, and the fountain's jets are left as white paper. Cobalt blue leads the palette, with palm green, white and beige towers, a yellow water taxi and pink-orange flowers along the walk. The two-tower lift bridge crosses the middle ground, the glass and stone skyline stands behind, the round fountain sits left of center, and a brick riverwalk lined with palms runs diagonally to the right. It is early summer, and the left edge fades into moss, yellow and pink drips with splatter. "JACKSONVILLE" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Yellow water taxi. A bright yellow water taxi crosses the river near two white sailboats.
- Palm-lined walk. Cyclists and bench-sitters enjoy the riverwalk under sabal palms.
- Fountain spray. Friendship Fountain throws white jets into the air at the river's edge.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.

Styling it at home
Its cobalt and palm-green palette brightens a living room, a home office or a coastal-style bedroom with white or sand tones. It is a good gift for someone who grew up along the St. Johns River or is moving to Jacksonville.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Jacksonville, Florida? No. It is an artistic interpretation, and some details, like the fountain spray, are simplified.
What text is printed on it? Only the city name, "JACKSONVILLE," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
