A windswept blonde hair closeup poster in black and white: a fine-grain photograph cropped from the nose down, with long hair blowing across the face.
About the artwork
The frame cuts off above the eyes, so the picture is about texture rather than identity. Pale strands fall down both sides and fill much of the sheet, while a few loose hairs cross the lips. The skin sits in soft mid-gray tones, which lets the bright hair stand out. Below, the crop runs down the neck to the chest. Without eyes to meet, the image reads more like a study of wind and movement than a portrait.
Why you'll love it
- Personal but anonymous. No full face means it feels intimate without staring back at you.
- Soft texture for calm rooms. Gentle gray tones suit bedrooms and quiet corners.
- A good gallery filler. Its close crop balances wider shots in a monochrome set.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Try it above a bedside table with a ceramic lamp, or in a hallway beside a slim bench. A natural wood frame warms the gray skin tones, and a white frame keeps it light. Group it with the back-view blonde hair portrait for a pair that never shows a full face.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Can you see the eyes? No, the crop starts at the nose, so only the lips, neck and hair are visible.
Is it a photograph? Yes, a black and white photograph with fine grain.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.

Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.

Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.

- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
