A South Beach Miami poster looking down the hotel strip from the sidewalk. The Art Deco facades step away in yellow, coral, turquoise and cream, each with rounded corners and banded eyebrows over the windows. A line of tall palms runs beside the kerb and throws long fronded shadows over the pale pavement, and two vintage convertibles sit parked at the curb, one red and white, one turquoise. The ocean shows as a thin band at the far end of the street.
About the artwork
Flat vector shapes with a fine print grain, no outlines, and strong block shadows in the mid-afternoon direction. The palette is pure South Florida: butter yellow, coral pink, aqua and deep teal on the buildings, cream and sand on the pavement, olive and gold in the palm crowns, dark umber trunks, and a flat turquoise sky with no clouds at all. Details to look for are the stepped parapets and racing stripes on the facades, the deep-set casement windows, the small cursive neon sign on the coral hotel, the chrome and whitewall tyres on the cars, and the speckled terrazzo texture in the foreground paving. The type reads MIAMI in letterspaced white capitals with FLORIDA beneath. Portrait, 2:3.
Why you'll love it
- Deco colour, properly balanced — four sherbet tones held in line by the flat turquoise sky.
- Shadow as pattern — the palm shadows across the pavement fill the lower half with graphic movement rather than empty ground.
- Period detail — the parked convertibles and the eyebrow window bands date the street without turning it into a pastiche.
- Warm-room energy — the brightest print in a travel set, and the one that lifts a dull wall fastest.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4-A1 for European frames.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang.
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
With this much saturated colour, a plain white or bone wall is the safest backdrop, and a pale sage or soft grey also works because the turquoise sky picks it up. Rattan, cane and brass sit well beside it. It is a living room or hallway print more than a bedroom one, and it pairs naturally with other palm and coastal designs. In the walnut sideboard setting in the photographs above, the black frame keeps the yellow facade from spreading; a white frame instead makes the whole print feel lighter.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What size should I get? Over a sofa or a console, 24" x 36" gives the receding hotel row enough depth. For a kitchen wall or a gallery grouping, 12" x 18" or 16" x 24" keeps the colour from taking over the room.
Does it come framed? Paper prints ship rolled and unframed. Matte canvas arrives stretched and ready to hang, and framed canvas adds a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
What does the poster say? The printed type is MIAMI with FLORIDA below it. South Beach is the district shown but is not written on the design, and the small neon script on the coral building is drawn too fine to read.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
