A silver ballet flats close-up poster in black and white: a top-down photo of two metallic cap toe flats with slim bows, set on a plain white ground.
About the artwork
The two shoes lie head to tail along a diagonal, and the toes are cropped so close that they fill almost the whole sheet. Each toe is wrapped in a polished metal cap that throws back bright and dark patches like a mirror. A thin leather bow sits just behind the cap, edged with a fine grosgrain trim. A small embroidered emblem is stitched onto each toe, a quiet detail you only notice up close. The tight crop turns an everyday shoe into an almost abstract study of shine and curve.
Why you'll love it
- Fashion without the clutter. One object, shot close, keeps a dressing wall calm and focused.
- Shine that suits any palette. Silver and white sit easily with wood, brass, chrome or painted walls.
- Ready for a fashion row. It lines up neatly with other shoe and accessory prints.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it in a walk-in closet, above a shoe bench or beside a vanity mirror. A white frame keeps the bright, airy feel, and a black frame sharpens the metal edges. Pair it with the plain-toe version of these silver flats for a matching set of two.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is there a brand name on the shoes? No brand is named here; each toe carries a small embroidered emblem. If you prefer clean toes, we also offer a plain-toe version.
Is this a photo? Yes, it is a black and white close-up photo of the shoes from above.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
