This Provence flower market wall art print shows a hilltop village above rows of lavender, with big sunflowers in front. It is a stylized, imaginative artistic interpretation inspired by Provence, not a literal view of a single town.
About the artwork
It is a digital watercolor-style illustration with soft blooms of color, transparent layers and light paper grain. Lavender purple and sunflower yellow lead the palette, with orange roof tiles, deep olive cypress and a pale blue sky. A hill village with red-tiled roofs and a pointed bell tower sits in the top third with distant blue mountains, rows of lavender lead the eye in, and big sunflowers fill the foreground. "FLOWER MARKET" runs across the top in pale lavender, and "Provence" is handwritten below in golden orange.
Why you'll love it
- Lavender fields. Purple rows lead the eye straight to the village.
- Sunflowers up front. Large golden blooms add warmth and scale.
- Countryside calm. Cypresses and blue hills give it a relaxed rural mood.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
It works in a kitchen, dining room or bedroom with white, lavender, olive green or linen. A charming gift for anyone who has traveled to Provence or loves French country style.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Provence? No. It is a stylized artistic interpretation inspired by Provence, so it will not match the real place exactly. You see a hilltop village with red-tiled roofs and a bell tower, lavender rows, cypresses and sunflowers, composed as a dreamlike landscape.
What text is printed on it? "FLOWER MARKET" across the top, "CITIES & FLOWERS COLLECTION" and "NO.047" below the image, and "Provence" handwritten in script.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
