This Porto flower market wall art print shows orange-roofed houses tumbling down a steep slope toward an iron arch bridge, with daisies in front. It is a stylized artistic interpretation inspired by Porto, not a literal view of the city.
About the artwork
It is a digital watercolor-style illustration with fine outlines and small dots of color. Cobalt and violet-blue lead the palette, with orange roof tiles, white and cream. Houses with orange roofs fill the top half, an iron arch bridge sits in the upper right, a blue church tower rises among the rooftops, and daisies with blue flowers fill the foreground under a cloudy sky. "FLOWER MARKET" runs across the top in blue, and "Porto" is handwritten below in orange.
Why you'll love it
- Hillside charm. Steep stacked houses give the scene lots of character.
- Blue and orange. A classic complementary pairing that feels fresh and bright.
- Fine detail. Delicate outlines and dots reward a closer look.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it in a kitchen, dining room or hallway with blue and white tiles, ceramics or terracotta. A thoughtful gift for someone who has visited Porto or has Portuguese roots.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Porto? No. It is a stylized artistic interpretation inspired by Porto, so it will not match the real place exactly. You see orange-roofed houses on a steep slope, an iron arch bridge and a blue church tower, with daisies and blue flowers in front, composed as a dreamlike view.
What text is printed on it? "FLOWER MARKET" across the top, "CITIES & FLOWERS COLLECTION" and "NO. 017" below the image, and "Porto" handwritten in script.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
