About the artwork
Two thirds water, one third stone, and the whole print runs on the contrast between them. The sea is worked in ultramarine and cobalt with fine horizontal ripple marks all over it and hundreds of small white sparkles scattered across the surface, plus a long column of gold light dropping straight down from the cathedral into the foreground. Above that the building is drawn in warm sandstone — apricot, honey, pale gold — with every flying buttress, pinnacle and window traceried in, and cool grey-violet shadow under the arches. The palms are dark olive silhouettes with individual fronds, and they break up the horizontal line of the facade. The yachts are simple clean white shapes with masts rising behind them. Sky is a flat mid-blue. Title in wide-tracked uppercase with Spain beneath. Portrait, 2:3.

Damage, defects & care
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take a print back for a change of mind — please check the size and material first. Our Size Guide shows every size drawn to scale.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, email us within 14 days with photos of the piece and the packaging. We reprint and reship it free, and there is nothing to send back.
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. Wipe framed canvas with a dry, soft cloth. Handle paper prints by the edges until they are framed.
