A Nice travel poster looking down the Baie des Anges: turquoise water filling the left of the frame, the beach and the Promenade des Anglais curving away beneath it, and the ochre and terracotta of the old town climbing the hill on the right.
About the artwork
Split down the middle by a long curve. Everything left of it is water — drawn in bands of turquoise, aqua and deep teal with fine wave texture and a few sailboats on the horizon. Everything right of it is town: terracotta roof planes, apricot and ochre facades, palms and cypresses, awnings and shutters picked out at very small scale. The beach between them is a pale sand ribbon dotted with parasols. That single sweeping curve is what gives the print its movement and makes it read instantly from a distance. Flat vector illustration. Title in wide-tracked uppercase with France beneath. Portrait, 2:3.
Why you'll love it
- Sea and city in one frame. Most coastal prints give you one or the other; this one balances both across a single curve.
- Turquoise against terracotta. A Mediterranean pairing that reads as warm even though half the image is cool water.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4–A1 for European frames.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang.
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
The turquoise is bright enough to lift a white or cream room without needing anything else. It suits a bedroom, a bathroom or a bright hallway, and it pairs naturally with rattan, linen and pale wood. Avoid hanging it against a blue wall, which will flatten the sea. Natural oak keeps the terracotta warm; white frames push it cooler and more coastal.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.

Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
