A fruit wall art print built symmetrically: two cherries on a pink block, with the same two words set above it and below it.
About the artwork
Everything is flat. The fruit is bright red with two or three curved white streaks for shine, and the leaf is deep green with white notches drawn on top rather than cut into it. The pink block behind them has been drawn by hand, so none of its four sides is truly straight and the corners are softly rounded at different radii. The two stems leave from one point and open outwards like an inverted V. There is a single leaf, sitting at the top of the stems, lying horizontally rather than upright, and it pushes out past the left edge of the pink block.
Why you'll love it
- Said twice. MON CHÉRI above and MON CHÉRI below, word for word.
- A block drawn by hand. Four sides, none of them quite straight.
- One leaf only. Lying flat and hanging past the edge of the pink.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Flat red on pink is bold but small in scale, so it works in a pair or a trio rather than alone on a big wall — hang it with the watercolour cherry print, which shares the words and nothing else. Good in a kitchen, a dressing room or a hallway. White frames suit it best.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does it say? MON CHÉRI, printed twice — once above the block and once below it, identically.
How many cherries are there? Two, on stems that split outwards from a single point.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
Production & shipping
Nothing is printed until you order, so each piece is made for you.

Paper prints ship rolled in a rigid tube. Canvas and framed canvas are boxed with corner guards.
Damage, defects & care
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take a print back for a change of mind — please check the size and material first. Our Size Guide shows every size drawn to scale.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, email us within 14 days with photos of the piece and the packaging. We reprint and reship it free, and there is nothing to send back.
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. Wipe framed canvas with a dry, soft cloth. Handle paper prints by the edges until they are framed.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
