A kitchen wall art print: a ramen bowl seen from above in a single green ink, framed by the words Life is better with a bowl of ramen.
About the artwork
The noodles are built from a dense bundle of parallel wavy strokes that fills most of the bowl, and the only second colour on the page is the flat turmeric of the egg yolks, which sits slightly off the line. Two halved soft-boiled eggs lie side by side at the left — two, not the usual one. A pair of chopsticks crosses in from the upper right and juts clear of the rim. One line of red script sits at the head of the sheet and one at the foot, and in each a single word is ringed by a hand-drawn green ellipse. A small red oval label reading noodles is stuck to the right edge of the bowl.
Why you'll love it
- Two eggs. Small generosity, and the detail people notice.
- One ink and one fill. Restraint that keeps it calm.
- Green on cream. Softer than the red and cobalt ramen prints.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
The bowl is centred with type above and below, which makes this an easy print to hang alone on a small wall. It works in a kitchen, a dining nook or a studio corner, and it sits well in a row of three with the other two ramen prints — the same bowl drawn three different ways.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does it say? Life is better with a bowl of ramen, with a small oval label reading noodles.
How many eggs are there? Two, both halved and set side by side.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
