A Jones Street Savannah poster drawn at eye level from the middle of the brick lane. Worn red paving runs away into deep shade under a live oak canopy, coral azaleas crowd both kerbs, and a row of brick townhouses steps up the right side with black iron railings, bay windows and a mansard roof against a pale sky.
About the artwork
Layered hard-edged shapes rather than outlines, with dappled light broken across the paving in irregular patches. The palette leans warm and deep: brick red and rust for the roadway and the facades, three or four greens from bright new leaf to near-black shadow, coral pink for the azalea masses, cream stucco on the far house, and matte black for the railings and stair rails. Ferns fill the verges, and a small stone kerb divides brick from planting. The type reads SAVANNAH in wide white capitals with GEORGIA below. Portrait, 2:3.
Why you'll love it
- Depth you can walk into — the paving narrows to a shaded vanishing point instead of stopping at a flat facade.
- Azalea season, specifically — the coral bloom dates the scene to a few weeks in early spring.
- A street, not a monument — for people who remember Savannah as brick underfoot and shade overhead.
- Warm reds and deep greens — an unusually rich pairing for travel art, and easy to place in a room with wood.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4-A1 for European frames.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang.
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Brick red and moss green make this one of the warmest prints in the set, so it belongs against cream, clay or a soft olive wall rather than cool grey. The terracotta room in the photographs above shows how directly the paving colour picks up an earthy wall. Walnut and oak both work; a black frame sharpens the ironwork, while a natural wood frame keeps the whole thing garden-soft.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What size should I get? The dappled paving and the fern detail reward scale. In a hallway 16" x 24" is fine; on a main wall choose 24" x 36" so the shade at the far end still reads.
Does it come framed? Paper prints ship rolled and unframed. Matte canvas is stretched and ready to hang, and framed canvas comes in a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
What does the poster say? The printed type reads SAVANNAH with GEORGIA beneath it. Jones Street itself is not named on the artwork.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
