A safari nursery wall art print of a mother elephant curling her trunk around her calf, both with their eyes closed, on a plain blush beige ground.
About the artwork
The mother sits upright in soft beige, her wide ears lined in a dusty rose-taupe, and rests her head just above her little one. Her trunk loops down around the calf's neck and ends in a small curl at the right. The calf is a pale grey-sage, cuddled against her chest with one front leg wrapped around her. Both have faint pink cheeks and gently closed eyes, and the rounded sole of the mother's back foot shows at the lower right. The pair sits small in the middle of the sheet, with wide, empty blush beige space all around.
Why you'll love it
- A gentle moment. Closed eyes and a looped trunk say comfort without words.
- Soft, low-contrast color. Beige, grey-sage and blush keep the wall calm for naps.
- Grows with the room. Works for a newborn and still suits a toddler's space.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above the crib or beside a rocking chair in a feeding corner. Its blush beige ground sits nicely with oatmeal bedding, a cream knit throw and a light wood dresser. A white or natural frame keeps it airy, while espresso adds a little depth. Group it with the other plain blush-ground animals in this range, such as the duck under a sage umbrella, for a quiet safari-and-farm wall.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is there any writing on it? No, the print has no text, just the two elephants on a plain background.
Does it suit a boy's or a girl's nursery? Either. The palette is soft beige, grey-sage and blush, so it fits any baby's room.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.

Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.

- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
