An Eiffel Tower travel poster taken from the far end of the Champ de Mars: the lawn running dead straight to the tower, clipped trees marching down both sides, and the iron silhouette standing almost black against a flat teal sky.
About the artwork
Flat vector illustration, hard-edged, built on one-point perspective — every path, hedge and row of trees converges on the tower, so the eye has nowhere else to go. The palette is deliberately short: one teal for the sky, two greens for lawn and foliage, pale sand for the gravel, and near-black for the ironwork, with the Paris rooftops behind reduced to a muted blue-grey band. The lattice of the tower is drawn open rather than filled, so the sky shows through the arches and the structure reads as metal, not a cut-out shape. Title in wide-tracked uppercase across the sky with France beneath. Portrait, 2:3.
Why you'll love it
- The angle Parisians actually walk. Not a postcard close-up of the ironwork — the long approach from the École Militaire end that anyone who has crossed the Champ de Mars will recognise.
- Symmetry that hangs straight. The centred composition makes it one of the easiest prints in the series to place alone above a console, bed or mantel.
- Teal does the heavy lifting. A single saturated sky colour anchors a neutral wall without adding a competing pattern.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4–A1 for European frames.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang.
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Teal and near-black is a cool pairing, so it settles fastest on warm walls — cream, clay, pale terracotta — rather than grey. Over light oak it stays crisp; over walnut the green in the lawn warms up noticeably. The strong central axis means it hangs well on its own, and if you build a Paris pair, choose a partner with a horizontal emphasis so the two verticals do not stack.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What size should I get? Above a console or desk, 12" x 18" or 16" x 24". Above a sofa, bed or mantel, go 24" x 36" or larger so the print holds the wall.
Does it come framed? Paper prints ship unframed and fit standard frames. Choose a framed canvas if you would rather skip the framing shop.
Where is the view from? Looking north-west along the Champ de Mars, with the tower centred and the city rooftops behind it.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
