A Daytona Beach Florida poster looking north along the strand at low tide. Five or six lines of surf peel in from the right, the wet sand runs flat and hard toward the horizon, and in the middle distance a pier walks out over the water on slim pilings. Behind it the boardwalk seawall, palms and a row of pale beachfront hotels shrink into haze.
About the artwork
Flat vector illustration with hard-edged shapes and a stippled, engraved treatment on the foam and the dry sand. The palette is close to monochrome blue: one flat cyan sky, three depths of teal and steel in the ocean, cream and buff on the beach, with a thin warm ochre line where the wave meets the sand. The distant hotels are reduced to small blocks of pale blue and grey. Type sits at the top in wide white capitals: DAYTONA BEACH above FLORIDA. Portrait, 2:3.
Why you'll love it
- The famous hard-packed strand — the wide, flat beach Daytona is known for is the real subject, running most of the height of the print.
- Surf drawn line by line — the foam is built from fine stippling, so it holds detail up close and reads as texture from across the room.
- Calm blue palette — easy to live with in a bedroom or bathroom, no loud colour to work around.
- For people who know that shoreline — the pier, the seawall and the low hotel line are all where they should be.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4-A1 for European frames.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang.
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Cyan and cream sit happily on almost any pale wall, and the print is at its best somewhere quiet — a bedroom, a bathroom, the end of a hallway. The white wall and the linen canopy bedroom in the photographs above both suit it. Choose a white or natural oak frame for a coastal room; black turns the surf lines sharper and more graphic.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What size should I get? The stippled foam rewards scale, so 18" x 24" and up. Over a bed, 24" x 36" or 30" x 40" gives the surf lines room to separate.
Does it come framed? Paper and matte canvas ship unframed. The framed canvas option arrives in a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural, with hanging hardware fitted.
What does the poster say? Two lines of white capitals in the sky: DAYTONA BEACH, then FLORIDA. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
