This Da Nang watercolor print shows the golden Dragon Bridge stretching across the Han River, with the green Son Tra Peninsula and the white Lady Buddha statue behind. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of Da Nang, not an exact view of the city.
About the artwork
The dragon's body is painted in deep gold with ink outlining each scale. The river is laid in with horizontal blue strokes that carry the dragon's golden reflection, and two long drips run from the lower left corner. Gold on turquoise water leads the palette, with green palms and hills, pink bougainvillea and terracotta roof tiles. The bridge spans the middle of the print with the dragon's head raised on the right, modern towers line the far bank, and the Lady Buddha stands on the right slope of Son Tra. A sunny summer riverfront promenade with palms and streetlights fills the foreground. "DA NANG" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Gold dragon scales. Ink-outlined scales give the bridge a bold golden shine.
- Busy riverbank. Walkers, cyclists and scooters share the promenade under the palms.
- Boats on the Han. A white cruise boat and a blue fishing boat with red flags float below the bridge.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Its gold and turquoise tones look lively in a living room, game room or office with warm wood. A good gift for a Vietnamese family member or a reminder of a beach trip to central Vietnam.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Da Nang? No. It is an artistic interpretation of the Dragon Bridge and the Han River, arranged to fit the bridge, skyline and Son Tra Peninsula into one view.
What text is printed on it? Only the city name, "DA NANG," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
