A Corona Arch Moab poster taken from below the span, in Bootlegger Canyon west of Moab. The arch springs off a pale cream sandstone fin on the left and lands on a thick rust-orange leg, framing a wedge of blue sky and distant slickrock domes. Below it the ground is red sand and juniper, and the Potash branch rail line curves out of the bottom of the frame.
About the artwork
A painterly, heavily detailed illustration rather than a flat vector graphic. The rock is built up in layers — bone and buff on the sunlit fin, amber and rust down the arch leg, brick red in the terraces below — with fine crack lines and cross-bedding drawn in throughout. Sage and olive shrubs speckle the sand, and the sky runs from a deep navy blue at the top down to pale haze behind banked cream cumulus. The steel rails and dark sleepers in the foreground give an unexpected sense of scale. Set in white capitals near the base: CORONA ARCH, with UTAH below. Portrait, 2:3.
Why you'll love it
- Seen from underneath — the low viewpoint puts the whole span overhead, which is how it actually feels standing there.
- The railway detail — an honest part of this landscape, and rare in an arch print.
- Two rocks, two colours — the cream fin against the rust arch gives the composition its contrast without any added accent.
- Sky as counterweight — the deep blue upper half balances the mass of stone on the left.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4-A1 for European frames.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang.
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
The rust and amber are strong, so give this one a calm ground: warm white, oat or a light putty wall. Black framing tightens the deep blue sky and reads well in a study; natural oak, as in the room photographs above, keeps the whole thing warm. It sits comfortably with leather, wool and aged brass, and the sky colour is worth echoing in something small nearby rather than repeating across the room.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What size should I get? The arch fills the frame top to bottom, so it holds up small: 12" x 18" works in a hallway. For the cross-bedding in the rock and the rails to read properly, go to 18" x 27" or larger, and 24" x 36" above a sofa.
Does it come framed? Paper prints and matte canvas ship unframed. Framed canvas is a separate material option with a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
Is Corona Arch inside Arches National Park? No. It sits on BLM land in Bootlegger Canyon off Potash Road, a few miles west of Moab and outside the national park boundary. Anything in our Arches National Park collection is a separate location.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
