This Cabo San Lucas watercolor print shows El Arco and the jagged granite pinnacles of Land's End rising from turquoise water, with Lover's Beach tucked between the cliffs. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of Cabo San Lucas, not an exact view of the city.
About the artwork
The granite rocks are layered in sandy gold, with fine ink lines for cracks and angled faces and violet-blue shadows. The sea moves from turquoise ripples to deep cobalt, and white foam around the rocks is left as bare paper. Turquoise, cobalt and sandy gold lead the palette, with foam white and the brown of sea lions as accents. The arch and pinnacles sit slightly left of center and rise into the upper third, while Lover's Beach sits between cliffs to the right and a sailboat passes a far mountain shore. Clear water with a snorkeler and a rocky ledge of sea lions fills the foreground during bright winter whale season. "CABO SAN LUCAS" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Breaching whale. A humpback whale leaps from the water at the far left.
- Glass-bottom boat. A tour boat carries visitors past diving pelicans.
- Sea lions and kayaks. Sea lions sun on the rocks as a kayaker paddles nearby.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
The bright blues and warm sand tones fit a beach house, a bathroom or a living room with white and natural fiber decor. It is a great gift for a couple who honeymooned in Los Cabos or for a family that goes whale watching each winter.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Cabo San Lucas? No. It is an artistic interpretation of Land's End and its sea life, painted in watercolor and ink rather than as an exact view.
What text is printed on it? Only the city name, "CABO SAN LUCAS," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
