A Bozeman Montana travel poster that looks straight down Main Street on a cold, clear morning. Two rows of red brick Victorian storefronts run to a vanishing point, a black cast-iron lamp post stands in the left foreground, and the snow-covered wall of the Bridger range rises behind the rooftops and fills the whole middle of the sheet.
About the artwork
Drawn as flat vector shapes with hard edges and no outlines, in the manner of a mid-century railway poster. The palette is small and cold: pale sky blue, brick terracotta and rust, cream and sandstone for the shopfronts, warm grey asphalt, white snowfields cut by blue-grey shadow planes. Details worth finding include the gooseneck streetlights, bare street trees, a red stop sign, awnings, a bench and waste bin, and the long shadow the lamp post throws across the empty road. The type reads BOZEMAN above MONTANA in white capitals across the sky. Portrait, 2:3.
Why you'll love it
- A real street, not a generic mountain — the brick facades and the lamp post make it recognisably downtown Bozeman.
- Cold light done properly — the blue-grey shadow planes on the snow are what give the scene its temperature.
- Quiet enough to live with — the empty road keeps the composition calm rather than busy.
- For the Gallatin Valley crowd — ski weekends, university years, a first summer in Montana.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4-A1 for European frames.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang.
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
The cold blue sky and the brick reds want a warm wall to sit against, so the terracotta room and the sage green room in the photographs above both suit it. On plain white it reads sharper and more graphic, and the black-framed version keeps that edge. Oak and walnut furniture picks up the sandstone and rust in the storefronts.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What size should I get? Above a sofa or a bed, go 24" x 36" or larger so the mountain keeps its scale. For a hallway, a study or a gallery wall, 12" x 18" or 16" x 24" is the easier fit.
Does it come framed? Paper prints ship rolled and unframed. Matte canvas arrives stretched and ready to hang, and framed canvas comes in a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
What does the poster say? The printed text is BOZEMAN with MONTANA beneath it, in white capitals across the upper sky. Nothing else is printed on the sheet.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
