A sunlit balcony street woman poster: a high-contrast black and white Mediterranean-style street photograph of a woman walking past a white facade, with no text.
About the artwork
The building fills most of the frame, and she walks away from the camera along the bottom half. Hard midday sun throws crisp palm-leaf shadows across the white wall. Wrought-iron balconies with curling patterns and an arched iron door add fine dark lines to the bright surface. Her long dress lifts slightly as she moves, and her wavy hair catches the light. A palm canopy in the top left corner closes the scene and points back down to her.
Why you'll love it
- Brings summer light indoors. The bright facade and strong shadows lift a dim hallway or bedroom.
- Graphic yet relaxed. High contrast keeps it sharp, while the holiday street mood keeps it easy.
- Great in a pair. It sits well beside other sunny fashion photos for a coastal set.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it in a bright living room with rattan or cane furniture and a few green plants. A natural wood frame suits its Mediterranean feel, and a white frame makes the wall feel even sunnier. Pair it with the riverside terrace photo of a woman in a halter dress for a holiday duo.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this a photograph? Yes, it is a black and white street photograph taken in strong sunlight.
What makes the shadows on the wall? A palm tree out of frame casts its leaf shadows across the white facade.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.

Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.

- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
