A pleated skirt fashion poster in pure black and white: a high-contrast photograph looking down at a black pleated skirt, white socks and strap shoes on a patterned tile floor.
About the artwork
The camera looks straight down, so the skirt opens out like a fan from the top of the frame. Below it, the legs and shoes are cropped close, and the floor takes up every remaining inch. The tiles combine diamonds and triangles, which makes the whole sheet feel like a graphic pattern. The pleats repeat the sharp lines of the floor, so clothing and ground lock together. Nothing in the frame is gray for long, which keeps the image crisp from a distance.
Why you'll love it
- Graphic from across the room. Strong black and white shapes catch the eye even in a large space.
- Made for dressing areas. It suits a closet, a vanity corner or a bedroom where outfits come together.
- A modern pattern without color. Bold geometry adds energy while staying easy to match.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it beside a full-length mirror or above a bedroom dresser with a few folded scarves. A black frame stretches the tile pattern to the edge, while a white frame gives it more breathing room. Pair it with the staircase heels photo in this range for a two-piece fashion set.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this a photograph or a drawing? It is a black and white photograph taken from above, with very high contrast.
Can you see a face? No, the image is cropped to the skirt, legs and shoes.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
