A farm nursery wall art print of a little red barn painted in soft brick tones and set in the middle of a plain cream background.
About the artwork
The barn has a gambrel roof with cream trim and faint wood grain running down its dusty red boards. A wide cream door in the center is crossed by a Z-shaped brace, with a small window above it and one more on each side. A short wooden picket fence stands at the lower right corner. The painted look is soft and matte, with no outlines. The barn is kept small, leaving a wide calm margin of cream on every side.
Why you'll love it
- Farmhouse simplicity. One small barn says country without clutter.
- Warm brick red. A muted red that sits nicely with wood and cream.
- Open and airy. Wide cream space keeps it light on the wall.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a crib or a dresser in a farmhouse-style nursery with white wood, gingham and plaid textiles. Natural and white frames suit the cream ground, and espresso adds a rustic note. For a set, pair it with the farm animal prints on plain cream in this range; a gingham version of this barn is also available if you prefer pattern.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is the barn bright red? No, it is a soft dusty brick red, close to terracotta.
Is there a pattern behind the barn? No. This version has a plain cream background; another version sets the same barn on gingham.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
