A boho abstract wall art print of two cream paper cutouts laid on a warm cocoa brown ground, casting thin dark shadows as if pinned just above the surface.
About the artwork
The upper shape fills most of the top half: a slanted straight edge along its top and a deep rounded base, like a bowl seen from the side. Below a band of brown, a smaller mound with a curved top and a flat base sits in the lower quarter. Facing each other, the two pieces suggest an hourglass pulled apart. The cream paper has the look of gentle creases, and the brown ground is mottled like suede or plaster. A fine plum-brown shadow edges each cutout.
Why you'll love it
- Earthy and calm. Cocoa and cream suit warm, natural rooms.
- Collage character. The creases and shadows give the look of layered paper.
- Simple shapes, big presence. Reads clearly from across the room.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a boucle chair, a walnut sideboard or a bed with terracotta and oat bedding. Espresso frames deepen the brown; natural oak lifts it. It pairs well with the black kneeling silhouette on a taupe panel for a warm two-piece wall.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is it real paper collage? No — the paper, creases and shadows are part of a flat printed image.
What colour is the background? A warm cocoa brown with a soft mottled texture.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Nothing is printed until you order, so each piece is made for you.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
