A plaza de espana seville poster taken from the canal: the brick-red arcade curving away in one long shallow arc, a tiled bridge crossing the still water in front of it, and the south tower rising at the right edge.
About the artwork
Two colour families run the whole design — the warm terracotta of brickwork and the cool teal of glazed tile, sky and water — and almost nothing else is allowed in. The arcade is drawn arch by arch, dozens of them shrinking as the curve retreats, with a balustrade of blue and white ceramic along the top and a roof of glazed tile in patterned bands. The tower at the right is the most detailed passage: tiers of arched openings, ceramic panels, a small dome and a finial, all in the same brick red. The bridge crosses on two arches, its parapet tiled in the same blue, and lands as a clean oval in the reflection. The water is teal stippled with hundreds of small orange and cream marks. On the left a line of trees, a lamp standard and a run of tiled benches with a few figures. Title in wide-tracked uppercase reading SEVILLE, with Spain beneath. Portrait, 2:3.
Why you'll love it
- The curve carries the eye. One long arc of arches gives the print its structure.
- Terracotta against teal. Warm brick over cool tile and water, which is why the colour sings.
- Ceramic detail. Balustrade, bridge parapet and tower panels all drawn as tilework, not texture.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4–A1 for European frames.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang.
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural.
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Warm and saturated, so it does best with a plain backdrop: white, chalk, or a pale terracotta if you want to run with the brick. It looks right beside dark wood, rattan, glazed pottery and plenty of green foliage, and the teal keeps it from feeling heavy in a small room. Natural oak frames suit the brick; black frames sharpen the tile. It pairs well with the Barcelona or Lisbon prints for an Iberian group.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What size should I get? Above a console or desk, 12" x 18" or 16" x 24". Above a sofa, bed or mantel, go 24" x 36" or larger so the print holds the wall.
Does it come framed? Paper prints ship unframed and fit standard frames. Choose a framed canvas if you would rather skip the framing shop.
Is this the whole city? No — the design stays inside the plaza, its canal and its bridge. If you want the wider city skyline instead, the store carries a separate Seville print for that.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.

Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
