A farmers market wall art print: an open picnic basket sitting on a bentwood bistro chair, drawn entirely in one green ink — including the handwriting.
About the artwork
The chair is the Viennese café kind, with a round bent back, and it takes up the right half of the sheet almost to full height. The basket sits open on the seat with two baguettes, a round cheese with lettering pressed into its face, a bunch of grapes and a few sprigs of herbs; behind it stand two stemmed glasses and a bottle of wine. The line varies in weight as it goes, with short diagonal strokes for the crust of the bread, the surface of the cheese and the shadow beneath the chair. Four lines of script fill the upper left in the same green as the drawing.
Why you'll love it
- One ink for everything. Drawing and handwriting in the same green.
- Travel-journal feel. It reads as a page, not a poster.
- Height built in. The tall chair fills the vertical format properly.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
A single green ink on ivory is about as easy as wall art gets — it will not clash with anything already in the room. Hang it in a dining room, an entry, or a kitchen corner with a real chair beneath it, which is a quiet joke worth making. Natural oak is the obvious frame; white keeps it airy.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.

How many colours? One — a single grass green ink on an ivory ground.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
