This Kuala Lumpur watercolor print shows the Petronas Twin Towers and their skybridge rising over the lake in KLCC Park, with the slim Kuala Lumpur Tower in the distance. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of Kuala Lumpur, not an exact view of the city.
About the artwork
Fine ink lines trace each steel tier of the twin towers and the V-shaped legs of the skybridge. The lake is laid in with horizontal blue strokes that catch the towers' reflection, and the left and bottom edges dissolve into dotted green and lilac foliage with a pink drip in the lower left corner. The palette pairs silvery steel blue with tropical greens, red-pink flowering shrubs and soft sky blue. The towers stand at center and reach into the upper third, with the Kuala Lumpur Tower far to the right and a fountain and small arched footbridge on the lake below. The scene feels like any day of the tropical year, with everything green and in bloom. "KUALA LUMPUR" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Detailed tower linework. The steel tiers and skybridge are drawn with careful ink lines, like an urban sketch.
- Park life below. Families stroll a curving path while kids wade in a shallow pool on the right.
- Fountain on the lake. A center fountain and arched footbridge lead the eye up to the towers.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Its blues and greens with pink accents fit a bright living room, a home office or a modern entryway. It makes a good gift for someone who lived in Kuala Lumpur or a reminder of a trip to Malaysia.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Kuala Lumpur? No. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park, painted to capture the feel of the place rather than a precise view.
What text is printed on it? Only the city name, "KUALA LUMPUR," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
