This Houston flower market wall art print frames a grey-blue skyline with orange trees and a bright field of bluebonnets. It's a stylized, imaginative take on Houston, an artistic interpretation inspired by the city rather than an exact view.
About the artwork
A digital watercolor-style illustration that mixes visible water edges with opaque, gouache-like color. A grey-blue skyline sits at the top, flanked by trees in autumn orange. A dense field of red, yellow and pink flowers leads down to stylized bluebonnets dotted with white in the foreground. The sky is a flat cream, with "FLOWER MARKET" in blue and "Houston" handwritten in orange.
Why you'll love it
- Bold Texas color. Cobalt bluebonnets and orange trees make a lively pair.
- Graphic dot pattern. White-tipped blooms add a fun, rhythmic texture.
- Warm and cool balance. Blues and oranges keep the scene bright but grounded.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it in a living room, game room or home office with navy, rust and cream. A great gift for a Houston native, a new grad or a housewarming in the Lone Star State.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Houston? No. It's an artistic interpretation: a skyline, autumn trees and a bluebonnet field arranged into a stylized scene, not a literal view.
What text is printed on it? "FLOWER MARKET" across the top, "CITIES & FLOWERS COLLECTION", "NO.064" and "Houston" in handwritten script.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
Paper weight, inks, frame details and care are all in our Material Guide.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
