About the artwork
Screen-print language — flat separated colours, no gradients, and the illusion of depth built entirely from stacked bands. The cliff face is drawn as horizontal strata in four values of slate and charcoal, which is what makes the rock read as sedimentary rather than as a dark shape. The water is the technical piece: the swell is described with hundreds of pale hairline strokes over deep blue, denser where the waves break at the base of the cliffs and thinning out toward the horizon. The grass is the only fully saturated colour in the frame, and it is placed in the near foreground so the eye starts there and travels down the coast. Title in wide-tracked uppercase with Ireland beneath. Portrait, 2:3.

Styling it at home
The dark cliff mass gives this print more visual weight than most in the series, so it holds a large wall on its own — above a sofa or a bed at 24" x 36" it does not need company. On white or pale grey walls the greens stay vivid; on beige they go slightly olive. Black frames echo the rock and are the safest choice; oak softens it. Pair with another Atlantic or mountain scene rather than a Mediterranean one.

Damage, defects & care
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take a print back for a change of mind — please check the size and material first. Our Size Guide shows every size drawn to scale.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, email us within 14 days with photos of the piece and the packaging. We reprint and reship it free, and there is nothing to send back.
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. Wipe framed canvas with a dry, soft cloth. Handle paper prints by the edges until they are framed.
