About the artwork
The only piece of modern architecture in the Europe range, and it is drawn as pure geometry. The shells are built from long curved ribs in white and the palest blue-grey, with the glazing between them shown as fine parallel lines, and the shadow under each curve kept cool rather than dark so the forms stay light. Beneath them the pool is flat aquamarine with a faint grid of ripples and clean white reflections, and the whole lower left of the picture is that one colour. Against all this cool geometry the palms are the organic note — mid and dark green, drawn frond by frond, casting hard shadows across the paving. The background is deliberately quiet: pale ochre and grey tower blocks in flat blocks of colour, no detail, so nothing competes with the shells. Sky is a single unbroken cyan. Title in wide-tracked uppercase with Spain beneath. Portrait, 2:3.

What size should I get? Above a console or desk, 12" x 18" or 16" x 24". Above a sofa, bed or mantel, go 24" x 36" or larger so the print holds the wall.
Does it come framed? Paper prints ship unframed and fit standard frames. Choose a framed canvas if you would rather skip the framing shop.

Paper prints ship rolled in a rigid tube. Canvas and framed canvas are boxed with corner guards.
Damage, defects & care
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take a print back for a change of mind — please check the size and material first. Our Size Guide shows every size drawn to scale.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, email us within 14 days with photos of the piece and the packaging. We reprint and reship it free, and there is nothing to send back.
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. Wipe framed canvas with a dry, soft cloth. Handle paper prints by the edges until they are framed.
