A wine wall art print: a tall cut-crystal coupe and a shelf of glassware drawn in cobalt, with Wine improves with age, I improve with wine at the corner.
About the artwork
This is the heaviest drawing in the collection. Solid cobalt covers the cast shadows and the whole lower band of the scene, so the sheet reads dark rather than open, and the tiled wall above is drawn as large squares. The coupe at the centre has an unusually tall stem and a fluted rim described by a dense run of vertical strokes. A round-bellied glass jar stands to the left, a small bottle behind, a cylindrical tumbler at the right edge. At their feet lie several lemons — one cut open to show its segments — and a few sprigs of leaves. A hand-drawn border with open corners encloses it all.
Why you'll love it
- Dark and full. Solid areas rather than open line.
- One ink does it all. Cobalt on ivory, nothing else.
- The same line, differently told. A heavier take than the table version.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Because so much of the sheet is filled, this print holds its own on a busy or coloured wall where a lighter drawing would disappear. A dining room, a bar corner or a kitchen with dark cabinets all suit it. Natural oak keeps the ivory warm; a white frame gives the solid blue somewhere to breathe.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does it say? Wine improves with age, I improve with wine.
How is this different from the other Wine Improves print? That one is a table seen from above; this one is glassware on a shelf, and much darker.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Nothing is printed until you order, so each piece is made for you.

Paper prints ship rolled in a rigid tube. Canvas and framed canvas are boxed with corner guards.
Damage, defects & care
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take a print back for a change of mind — please check the size and material first. Our Size Guide shows every size drawn to scale.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, email us within 14 days with photos of the piece and the packaging. We reprint and reship it free, and there is nothing to send back.
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. Wipe framed canvas with a dry, soft cloth. Handle paper prints by the edges until they are framed.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
