This Windsor, England watercolor print shows Windsor Castle and its flag-topped Round Tower above the River Thames, with Windsor Bridge crossing in the middle distance. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of Windsor, England, not an exact view of the town.
About the artwork
Thin ink lines trace the castle walls, the Round Tower and a row of brick townhouses, and the Thames is washed in blue with light ripples left in white paper. River blue, willow green and silvery castle stone lead the palette, with brick-red houses and early spring daffodils adding warmth. The castle stands right of center, rising into the upper third, while the iron arch bridge spans the middle ground and red and white houses line the right bank. A weeping willow and the towpath frame the lower left. Yellow-green drips run from the lower left, and violet-blue splatter dots the right edge. "WINDSOR" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it

- Rowing four. A four-person rowing crew and a group of white swans share the water.

- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.

Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
