A brushstroke wall art print of a single broad white stroke folding back and forth down a flat sand-colored ground.
About the artwork
The stroke enters at the top left and doubles back on itself four or five times before leaving at the bottom right, running off the edges on every turn. It is thick in the middle and frays at the edges where the brush ran dry, and faint bristle lines show inside each band. The beige between the loops is smooth and even, so the white carries all the movement. It reverses the usual black-on-cream look: here the light color is the mark and the warm tone is the space.
Why you'll love it
- Soft and warm. White on sand keeps a room light without feeling cold.
- Movement, not busyness. One continuous stroke gives rhythm with nothing extra.
- Easy with wood tones. The beige ground matches oak, rattan and linen.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a bed with white linen, over a cream sofa, or in a bathroom with warm tile. Natural and white frames keep it soft; an espresso frame outlines it more clearly. It pairs nicely with a dark brushstroke print in the same range, one light and one heavy.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is the white paint raised? No. The dry-brush edges are part of the image, and the print surface is flat.
What color is the background? A warm sandy beige, even and smooth across the whole sheet.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
