This Stowe, Vermont watercolor print shows the white steeple of Stowe Community Church rising over a snowy village on Stowe Main Street, with Mount Mansfield's long ridge behind. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of Stowe, Vermont, not an exact view of the town.
About the artwork
Fine ink outlines the tiered steeple, shutters and wooden fences, and most of the snow is bare white paper with cool blue-violet shadows. Snow white and blue-violet mountains lead the palette, with deep pine green and red accents from barns, a sleigh and winter berries in the lower left. The church stands right of center with its spire reaching into the upper part of the print. White houses and red barns with cupolas line the main street, and the snowy ridge fills the background. The foreground is a snowy field with a wooden fence, birches and snow-covered pines, giving the scene a holiday-card feel. "STOWE" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Horse-drawn sleigh. A sleigh carries passengers through the snow toward the village.
- Cross-country skiers. Two skiers glide across the field in front of the birches.
- Wood smoke. Soft gray smoke drifts from chimneys in pale washes.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.

Styling it at home
Crisp white with red and pine green fits a cozy living room, a mountain cabin or a hallway that you dress up for the holidays. It is a natural gift for skiers, for a couple who got engaged in Vermont, or for anyone who loves a snowy village.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.

Is this an exact view of Stowe, Vermont? No. It is an artistic interpretation of Stowe, Vermont, with the church, main street and mountain composed together in one winter scene.

Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
