A woodland nursery wall art print of a friendly brown bear standing upright with its paws resting on its round tummy, set in a cream scalloped oval on a wildflower wallpaper.
About the artwork
The bear faces straight out with a small smile, round ears and a pale muzzle, its fur painted in soft taupe browns. It stands in the middle of a tall oval with a wavy scalloped edge, filled with plain cream and outlined in a slightly darker beige. Behind the oval runs a buttery cream pattern of olive-green herb sprigs, many topped with small peach blossoms, set in neat staggered rows. The effect is like a cameo pinned onto an old-fashioned wallpaper, with a soft painted finish.
Why you'll love it
- A patterned backdrop. The wildflower wallpaper gives the wall texture without clutter.
- A steady little guardian. The upright bear looks straight at the room.
- Warm, earthy palette. Olive, peach and cream sit well with wood furniture.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Try it above a changing dresser or beside a rocking chair, with a natural or espresso frame to echo the browns. It fits a woodland nursery with sage bedding or a cottage-style kids room. Pair it with the other herb-and-peach-blossom wallpaper prints in this range for a set that clearly belongs together.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is the scalloped oval part of the print? Yes, the oval, its scalloped edge and the wildflower pattern are all printed in the design.
Is there any writing? No, it has no text.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
