A fruit wall art print in three tiers: script above, two lemons on a green block in the middle, script below.
About the artwork
The lemons are flat lemon-yellow with a thick white outline drawn round them, which lifts them clear of the green rather than letting them sit in it. White dots and small grey-green dots are scattered over the peel to suggest the oil pores, and on each fruit the grey dots gather into a curved band across the lower half. The two are set on opposing diagonals, the upper one leaning right and the lower one left, and both have a nub at each end. The green block is drawn by hand, so its corners are rounded unevenly and its edges ripple.
Why you'll love it
- A white outline. Drawn around each lemon so it lifts off the green.
- Pores, not just colour. White and grey dots scattered across the peel.
- Two diagonals. The lemons lean opposite ways, so the pair is not symmetrical.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Yellow on green is a strong pairing that suits a white or tiled kitchen, a sunroom, or a pale hallway that needs lifting. It hangs well with the pickles print, which shares the greens. White frames keep it crisp; natural oak warms it.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does it say? “Squeez” and “The Day” — the artwork spells it Squeez, without a final e, and it is reproduced exactly as drawn.
How many lemons are there? Two, set on opposite diagonals.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
