A farm nursery wall art print of a little red barn in a cream oval edged with white lace, set on soft beige and white gingham.
About the artwork
The barn has a gambrel roof, a small upper window and two lower windows with cream trim. Its big cream door is crossed by a Z-shaped brace, and a short picket fence stands at the lower right. The walls are a faded brick red with light wood grain, painted in a flat, gentle style. The barn sits small in the middle of a cream oval whose edge is trimmed with a white eyelet lace pattern. Around it, a beige and white gingham check fills the whole sheet like a picnic cloth.
Why you'll love it
- Farmhouse comfort. Gingham and a red barn feel homey and familiar.
- Crisp framing. The lace oval sets the barn apart from the check.
- A warm pop of red. Muted brick red adds color without shouting.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Try it in a farm-themed nursery above a crib with gingham or ticking bedding, or over a toy shelf lined with wooden animals. A natural or white frame matches the country feel. Pair it with the standing bear, the stacked safari animals or the toadstool on the same beige gingham in this range for a checked gallery wall.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this the same barn as the plain cream version? Yes, the barn is the same, shown smaller inside a lace-trimmed oval on gingham.
Is the lace real? No, the lace edge is part of the printed image and the paper is flat.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
