A Nevada state flower print issued as a 1¢ stamp that never existed: NEVADA struck across the top in worn letterpress, an upright spray of sagebrush engraved at the centre, and The Silver State set below the frame.
About the artwork
Warm grey on pale grey-green, one ink throughout. An upright shrubby spray carries tiny clustered flowers along its stems, drawn in short repeated strokes so the whole plant reads as texture before it resolves into separate blooms. A fern ornament fills the lower-left corner and the 1¢ denomination sits in a circle opposite. The perforated edge is drawn as real die-cut scallops on a plain cream sheet, so the stamp sits on the page as an object. Portrait, 2:3.

Styling it at home
Warm grey on pale grey-green sits almost exactly between warm and cool, which is why it will not fight anything already on the wall — greige plaster, limewash, pale sage paint, brushed steel and concrete all take it. A thin black frame is the sharpest option here, because the low contrast of the sheet benefits from a hard outline; espresso wood also works if the room leans dark. Since the print is soft, give it a spot where you sit close: a home office above the monitor at 12" x 16", or a bathroom or dressing area where an A3 is plenty. It is also the best neutral to place between two louder states in a grid.

Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.

What size should I get? Above a console, desk or shelf, 12" x 18" or 16" x 24". Above a sofa, bed or mantel, go 24" x 36" or larger so the print holds the wall.
Does it come framed? Paper prints ship unframed and fit standard frames. Choose a framed canvas if you would rather skip the framing shop.

Paper prints ship rolled in a rigid tube. Canvas and framed canvas are boxed with corner guards.
Damage, defects & care
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take a print back for a change of mind — please check the size and material first. Our Size Guide shows every size drawn to scale.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, email us within 14 days with photos of the piece and the packaging. We reprint and reship it free, and there is nothing to send back.
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. Dust paper prints with a clean, dry cloth; wipe canvas and framed canvas gently with a clean, damp cloth. Handle paper prints by the edges until they are framed. More care tips are in our Material Guide.
