A money hair curlers portrait poster in black and white: a studio photograph of the back of a woman's head, her hair rolled in curlers wrapped with hundred dollar bills.
About the artwork
The camera sits behind her, so the rolled bills become the face of the picture. Both hands reach up to hold the curlers in place, with long pointed nails catching the light. Two chain necklaces lie across the bare back at the bottom of the frame. The plain gray backdrop keeps every curl and banknote sharp. It is a playful idea, staged with the polish of a fashion shoot.
Why you'll love it
- A conversation starter. Guests notice the money curlers and ask about it right away.
- Fun for getting-ready spaces. It fits a dressing area, a bedroom or a salon wall.
- Bold idea, calm tones. The gray palette keeps the joke stylish rather than loud.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a vanity, beside a mirror or in a home salon corner with a few brushes and perfume bottles nearby. A black frame matches the nails and chains, while a white frame lightens the gray backdrop. It pairs well with the hair rollers lipstick profile in this range.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is there text on it? Only the small printing on the banknotes, which is part of the photo, not a slogan.
Can you see her face? No, she is photographed from behind.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
