This Lake Geneva, Wisconsin watercolor print shows the Riviera, a brick lakefront pavilion with red tile roofs, seen from Riviera Beach with tour boats at the piers. It is a watercolor-style interpretation of the waterfront, not an exact view.
About the artwork
Fine ink lines trace each arch and column of the light brown brick building, and its red-orange tile roofs glow against the sky. The lake is a clear blue with ripples of bare paper, and purple-blue hydrangeas are dotted in round blooms in the lower right. The Riviera stands at middle right with an upper colonnade and ground-floor arches, white wooden tour boats are moored at the pier, and a small sandy beach and lawn fill the foreground. Across the bay, wooded shores half hide grand lakeside mansions. The palette is lake blue, lawn green and warm brick beige, with tile red and lavender, in early summer. "LAKE GENEVA" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Mediterranean Revival pavilion. Arches, columns and tile roofs are drawn in crisp ink detail.
- Vintage steamer departure. An old steamer with a black stack pulls away from the pier.
- Hydrangea corner. Round lavender blooms soften the lower right corner.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.

- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.

- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Blue, lavender and soft brick tones suit a traditional living room, a bedroom with white linens or a dining room. Give it to a Chicago-area family with lake weekend memories, or as a wedding gift for a couple married by the lake.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin? No. It is an artistic interpretation of Lake Geneva's waterfront, not a literal view of Geneva Bay.
What text is printed on it? Only the name "LAKE GENEVA," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
