A hand over eyes fashion poster in black and white: a tight close-up where an open hand with glossy black nails covers half a woman's face.
About the artwork
Her eyes look straight out between the spread fingers, which turns a hiding gesture into a direct gaze. Wide metal rings stack on several fingers and catch hard highlights. The pointed nails alternate between solid black and white with stripes, a small rhythm across the hand. Tiny tattooed dots and a number 4 sit on one finger, details you only see up close. Pale hair and smooth skin fill the rest of the frame, so the dark nails become the strongest marks.
Why you'll love it
- Edgy, but polished. A bold beauty shot that still feels refined in a living space.
- Perfect for a vanity. Nails and rings make it a natural fit for a dressing or makeup corner.
- Holds its own small. The tight crop stays readable even in smaller sizes.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a vanity table, near a jewelry tray or in a walk-in closet. A black frame picks up the glossy nails, while a white frame keeps the bright skin tones fresh. It also looks sharp beside other close-up fashion details such as lips, hands or jewelry.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is there text on it? No printed text; there is only a small tattooed number on one finger.
Is it a photo? Yes, a high-contrast black and white close-up photograph.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Nothing is printed until you order, so each piece is made for you.

Paper prints ship rolled in a rigid tube. Canvas and framed canvas are boxed with corner guards.
Damage, defects & care
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take a print back for a change of mind — please check the size and material first. Our Size Guide shows every size drawn to scale.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.

Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.

- Reads slightly softer than canvas.

Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.

- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
