A grey lipstick bullet fashion poster in black and white: a close-up photo of one sharply angled lipstick set in the lower left corner of a flat white background, in a minimal design.
About the artwork
With the quote removed, the upper right half of the sheet is open space, and that emptiness is the point. The lipstick sits low and to the left, its beveled tip cut at a steep slant. Fine textured marks run across the cut surface, so it reads as a product shot rather than a flat graphic. The off-center placement keeps the layout from feeling static. It is a quiet, beauty-ad composition that leaves the wall room to breathe.
Why you'll love it
- Made for a vanity wall. A natural fit for bathrooms, dressing tables and makeup corners.
- Minimal, but not empty. One small object gives a clean wall a focal point.
- Pairs with bolder prints. Its calm layout balances busy lettered pieces in a group.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a bathroom vanity, a makeup table or a narrow shelf with perfume bottles. A white frame melts into the background, while a black frame outlines the empty space neatly. It makes a good pair with the perfume bottle close-up, both beauty still lifes in gray tones.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Does this version have the quote? No, the brush-lettered quote is gone; this is a minimal design with just the lipstick on white.
Is it a photo? Yes, a black and white close-up photo of a lipstick bullet.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Damage, defects & care
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take a print back for a change of mind — please check the size and material first. Our Size Guide shows every size drawn to scale.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, email us within 14 days with photos of the piece and the packaging. We reprint and reship it free, and there is nothing to send back.
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. Wipe framed canvas with a dry, soft cloth. Handle paper prints by the edges until they are framed.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
