A sports nursery wall art print of a smiling pink flower character riding a purple skateboard and flashing a peace sign, in true 70s groovy style.
About the artwork
The flower stands at the centre of the frame with a happy face and one hand raised in a V sign. It wears purple flared pants patterned with orange flowers and a pair of cowboy boots, balanced on a purple skateboard. The background is a speckled green, set inside a purple frame with a mustard yellow zigzag edge and small dots. It is hand-drawn digitally with a soft grain.
Why you'll love it
- Pure 70s fun. Flares, boots and a peace sign bring a groovy retro mood.
- Skate-park energy. A great fit for little ones who love wheels and tricks.
- Rich colour mix. Green, plum, mustard and pink feel lively and warm.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it in a playroom or a kid's bedroom with a retro or skate theme. The green, plum and mustard palette pairs nicely with warm wood and rattan, and a natural frame suits the speckled ground. Group it with other groovy character prints for a colourful 70s gallery.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is there any writing on it? No, it is an illustration only.
What style is it? A retro groovy look inspired by the 1970s.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
